Share a 2 Bedroom 2 Bath Condo in Lakewood (Sheridan/285 (Hampden) area.
Condo complex has a pool and BBQ area (and some really crappy tennis courts I wouldn’t recommend using).
Dedicated parking space in front of the building.
I have a very friendly dog and 2 cats (one friendly, one skittish) but cannot allow any more pets.
It is a non-smoking, drug-free unit in a quiet building (perfect for someone who needs to focus on studying).
Asking $600/month plus half the utilities and cable/internet (utilities are roughly $60-70 a month total [so estimate $30-35 each depending on usage] and cable is $89 a month, so roughly $45 a person).

I need you to be a supervisory figure that is accessible to my children and who stays with them overnight. I need a mature and highly responsible adult figure to monitor their actions and responsibilities (i.e. supervise their whereabouts, evening routine and remain with them overnight; homework getting done etc., )
If you are looking for a place of your own in which you can study and be independent without added living costs, then this may be a terrific mutual opportunity. I want a positive role model for my kids when I have to travel for work. A studious and disciplined college student will fill that bill.
